This document is used to describe the BS5514 5G Integrated Base Station, including BS5514 S3500 and BS5514 S4900. It can support 5G NR 3.5/4.9GHz and WIFI6 5.6GHz systems and bands at the same time. BS5514 adopts baseband and RF integrated design, with the characteristics of small volume, high integration, superior performance and stable operation, which can meet the functional requirements and harsh deployment scenarios of industry customers.

The 2G+4G+5G portable cell phone signal detection device is designed for mobile terminal search and identification. Utilizing dedicated mobile communication physical layer and protocol stack technology, it transmits constructed wireless signals to establish communication with nearby mobile communication terminals, obtaining their relevant parameter information to enable detection and screening of mobile terminals. The device supports existing LTE and NR frequency bands deployed or reserved for re-farming.

Based on virtual base station technology, the device can detect and accuratelylocate4Gand 5G (NSA+SA) mobile communication terminal devices of the China Four majoroperators(China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, and China BroadcastingCorporation), in a specific area; the device can effectively solve the problemsof"unauthorized devices" and "unregistered sim cards". Chuanghui Communication 4G+5G dual-mode portable positioning device is a self-developed multi-standard portable integrated designed tactical equipment, consisting of portable host, operating cell phone, supporting 4G/5G full-band cell phone users of the air port positioning and data collection. The equipment through the detection, capture the target cell phone IMSI, TMSI, TAC / CID (or LBS data) parameters and real-time signal strength, you can realize the signal detection gradually approaching and find the precise location of the target cell phone, with a fast positioning, fast reporting, long distance positioning, high differentiation, 4G / 5G all-in-one APP software, easy to carry and so on.

The system integrates the single-stream carriers of China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile, and is usually made into two same-sized plug-in frames. One frame integrates TDD Band38/39/40 and the other integrates FDD Band1/3.

The 4G Portable Investigation System is a new generation investigation products which is just for TDD/FDD 4G network terminals of the three domestic mobile communication operators. Based on the working principle of 4G wireless communication base stations, the product actively collects the relevant information of 4G mobile phone users in the coverage area through the capture and processing of LTE air port wireless signals, and sends it to the background management system installed by the staff's portable mobile phones through WiFi. After the background analysis and processing, real-time interception, positioning and code investigation of suspect users are realized.
