Industry-university Collaboration Bears Fruit! Chuanghui’s Fiber Optic UAV Countermeasure Equipment Developed with Air Force Engineering University Wins Award at Xiongan Emergency Competition

The final of the 2026 Xiongan Safety Emergency Innovative Technology Application Competition concluded successfully. Shandong Chuanghui Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. stood out and claimed an award with Model 45 Fiber Optic Wireless Detection & Early Warning Instrument, jointly developed with Air Force Engineering University of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.

Centered on the urban safety and emergency construction demands of Xiongan New Area, the competition prioritized innovative equipment for low-altitude security and UAV countermeasures. A profound industry-university-research achievement co-created by the university and enterprise, this device is tailor-made for detection and countermeasure of fiber-optic UAVs. Adopting fiber-optic sensing technology, it realizes long-distance, low-interference precise identification and real-time early warning of UAVs, filling the gap in prevention and control of unknown fiber-optic UAVs at low altitude.
